We're proud to offer a unique and proprietary methodology for evaluating (grading) positions within a company. Our approach is simple and intuitive, empowering HR and managers to understand and use the methodology on their own.

This allows more accurate and comprehensive evaluations of each position and also it encourages managers to understand the value and contribution of each role within their team.

Our methodology is incorporated into Cornerstone Rubik tool, providing companies with continuous access and the ability to regrade positions as needed. It is also seamlessly integrated with our job description building process, ensuring that job descriptions are always up-to-date and reflective of each position's competencies and responsibilities.

Aleš Jirec
HR & Management consultant

With over 30 years of experience in HR, management consulting, and top management, Aleš is an expert in designing solutions and consulting for corporate management in the field of efficiency and organization architecture.

Aleš specializes in projects related to the overall life cycle of employees, including the creation of HR and compensation strategies, job analysis and evaluation, reward systems, competency theory, and Talents Acquisitions (including Executive Search) & Talent Development. Adam Hospodka
Database consultant & Data analyst

Adam is dedicated and enthusiastic master's student in the field of big data processing and analysis. With experience working on both the front-end and back-end of products at Vissto, he has gained a wealth of knowledge and skills in data analytics and visualization, machine learning, database architecture and management. He is proficient in using Python, PL/pgSQL as well as commonly used BI/DW products.

Even though Adam is more focused on internal projects and products development, he is typically involved into projects with main focus on data, database management and data analysis.
